ADHD Therapy Groups
Our therapy groups provide a safe and supportive space for children, teens, adults, and parents to learn skills, share experiences, and feel understood. Groups are designed to be small, interactive, and skills-based, allowing each participant to connect, practice strategies, and build confidence in a welcoming environment.
ADHD Therapy Group for Kids ages 7-11
This 6-week group helps children with ADHD develop tools for focus, emotional regulation, and social skills. Through fun, interactive activities, kids learn how to manage frustration, build confidence, and practice making friends in a safe, supportive setting. Parents receive weekly handouts to reinforce skills at home.
Format: 6 weeks | Saturdays | 8:30 AM CST / 9:30 AM EST | $40 per session
ADHD Therapy Group for Teens: Coming Soon
Our teen group provides a space to explore executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and self-identity while connecting with peers who understand the challenges of ADHD. Teens will learn practical strategies for school success, managing stress, and building stronger relationships with family and friends.
ADHD Therapy Group for Adults:

This group is designed for adults navigating ADHD in work, relationships, and daily life. Participants will learn tools for time management, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy, while connecting with others who share similar struggles. The group provides accountability and strategies for building confidence in both personal and professional settings.
👉 Each group is facilitated by Dr. Carissma Hughes Valentine, LCSW-S, LISW-CP, ADHD specialist.
