OUR THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
We believe healing happens in a space that is both compassionate and clinically grounded.
Our work is rooted in:
- Culturally Responsive Care — honoring identity, culture, and lived experiences
- Neurodiversity-Affirming Practices — supporting how your brain naturally works
- Trauma-Informed Frameworks — emphasizing safety, empowerment, and stability
- Strength-Based Perspective — focusing on your abilities, not deficits
- Evidence-Based Modalities — including CBT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, and skills-focused therapy
- Collaboration & Partnership — therapy is something we build together, not something done to you
